    Eton Fives is another 'original' sport; although other versions of Fives have also been developed, this game is played nationally and internationally by many schools and clubs, with current Eton boys making very good use of our 16 courts.

    Stability balls are a popular and versatile piece of fitness equipment used in gyms, homes, physical therapy sessions and even the workplace. Also known as exercise balls, Swiss balls, Physio balls, and balance balls, the purpose of the stability ball is to improve balance, muscle tone and core strength.

  6. Exercise bike


    Riding a stationary exercise bike is an efficient and effective way to burn calories and body fat while strengthening your heart, lungs, and muscles. Compared to some other types of cardio equipment, a stationary bicycle puts less stress on your joints, but it still provides an excellent aerobic workout.

  7. Exercise machine


    An exercise machine is any machine used for physical exercise. These range from simple spring-like devices to computerized electromechanical devices to recirculating-stream swimming pools. Most exercise machines incorporate an ergometer. An ergometer is an apparatus for measuring the work a person exerts while exercising as used in training or cardiac stress tests or other medical tests.

    EXTEND Exercise sessions are for men and women over 60 or those with restricted mobility. You will spend an enjoyable hour with like-minded people and because you are having fun you won’t notice that you are exercising every part of your body from your fingers to your toes

  9. Extreme Slalom


    Extreme slalom is a combination of all canoeing's white water disciplines, with competitors racing in identical plastic creek boats.
